Objectives

Leading SAFe® is the ideal preparation and support for SAFe® transformations. You receive an introduction to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and key topics. Specifically, this includes setting up a Continuous Delivery Pipeline, Lean Portfolio Management, Lean Thinking, Flow, effective support for agile teams and technical agility, PI Planning and specific topics such as DevOps culture and Product Development Flow.  Furthermore, this Leading SAFe® course provides you with an overview of SAFe® configurations and can thus serve as a basis for scaling decisions. This Leading SAFe® course is suitable for all levels, specialists and managers who would like to obtain a deeper understanding of the processes, methodologies and mindset in a SAFe® environment.

This 2-day course is delivered by our experienced SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC) trainers.
